Installing video card problem

Hello, I have a Emachine computer with intergrated graphic card. I recently purchased a radeon 9200 128mb Agp 8/4x. When I installed it on my computer, the computer didn't recgonized the video card at all. When I clicked on properties of the video card driver, it said something about "you need to turn off one or more resource, ect.." Yes, I've disabled the shared memory on the bios, when I installed the new video card, and also turned on the agp setting. The computer has a 250 watts power supply. Maybe that's the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    wow emachines come with AGP slots?

    anyways, make sure to download new drivers, and that onboard vga is disabled in bios
