Can't get rid of Trojan Dropper.Bridge.A

Hi,

I have Grisoft AVG running on my pc (as well as various other security programs) and it keeps flashing up to tell me that I have got the trogan "Dropper.Bridge.A" and to try run AVG to get rid of it. Unfortunately, when I do it fails to find it and get rid of it. I have also run Spybot Search and Destroy and Lavasofts AdWare 6.0 (after having updated each one. I've even tried running all 3 programs in safe mode as I read somewhere that it can make a difference if the trogan is in use at the time (?) Anyway, I've still not had any luck so have got myself a HiJackThis Log, but am not too sure what to get rid of. Any help would be much appreciated!

First off, disable system restore. The virus/trojan will reinject itself into your system if you don't.
