Spyware Blue Search Bar. PLEASE HELP

hi, recently i have been getting a blue search on the bottom of my internet explorer whenever i open it to surf. when i run adaware, the file named "win32.trojan.downloader.swizzor.br" comes up, and immediately the bar dissapears. however, within a few seconds of reopening internet explorer, the bar re spawns so-to-say, and i cant get rid of it. i even got rid of the file with HijackThis, but needless to say, it returns. please help me, thanks in advance.
