Adjusting Windows Time Service
Ok,
My PC updates the time automatically via the time servers. However the default interval between updates is too long, and my system clock regularly goes out by 10 - 15 minutes.
To solve this, I wish to make my pc check the time with the time servers much more often.
I set out to find away, and I found the settings in GPedit.msc (administrative templates - System - Windows Time Service - Global Configuration Settings )
Sadly I don't have time to experiment with all these settings myself, does anybody already know what they all mean?
I'm guessing that the update interval is the main one I need to adjust, anyone know what unit it is in ( mines set to 30000, 30000 what?)
Thanks in advance
