Need to format c: and i cant do it :S

hello !!

my name is Robert Jacobs (massacre) and i have a huge problem with my pc: i want to format c: and when i start up the pc and i push f8 i cant select start up with CMD :scratch: i can only get start up in safe mode with CMD and i dunno what to do next :confused: :shakehead :(

can someone help me?it would be very nice TY :thumbsup::D \

    Download the WIN98 SE boot disk and boot off of that. Or you can use the DR DOS boot disk and then format c:\ Both exe files will write a floppy that you can boot off of.

    Third option is to boot off the WinXP install disk and delete any partitions and/or format the drive/partition in question.
