decode all 4CC?

This question is asked when installing xvid or divx codecs.

I usually select "no" and I suppose that means divx will use it own 4cc method or whatever to decode divx files, and xvid will be only used to decode xvid files too.

I don't notice any image errors or pixelation when playing videos after I install them this way, but I feel curious... what would happen if I select "yes"? Is there any quality difference?
