Popuppers Driving Me Nuts!!

I'm going totally nuts, I'm getting pops up every 15 to 30 minutes from this popuppers site. It's just getting me all crazy. It started 2 days ago, I have no idea where the heck it came from. I'm just trying everything, with ad adware program, McAfee Virus Scan, and Spybot search. I even tried to do disk clean up. Nothings working at all. I just continue to get them. I wake up in the mornings to find 30 or more pop ups from this site.

I even have a pop up blocker which isn't helping at all.

Someone pleaaaaaaase help me. :(

    When I'm updating, it just stays at 5%. It isn't even working.

    You may have to reinstall one or two applications as a result, but it's unlikely.

    Simply reboot your PC when you're done cleaning things out, and don't hit anything on the keyboard. :) If you don't know how to get to safe mode, tap F8 repeatedly prior to the windows loading screen.

    Doing what was instructed has not cleaned out your PC. All of the folders/files relating to those 04 entries are still on your computer. You will have to locate them and delete them manually. Half of that stuff was not necessary to remove either. If I were you I would do a system restore to a time before this *fix* (and I use the term loosely) and then run Adaware and Spybot S&D, then post another log where you can be assisted again :).
