sonic stage problem

Hi i have a problem with sonicstage ver1.5, it opens on the screen but as soon as you use it for anything it says it has encountered a problem and must close.I have uninstalled it and reinstalled but to no avail any ideas as i cant put music on my mini disc.

    i had that same problem with windows 2k works fine in xp tho. Whats ur specs
