These are in no particular order, organization order is link FIRST, then description:
http://www.sans.org/
SANS Institute is a security trends and info and training institute. They have enewsletters and online training and quite a bit of solid info on vulns, virals, and a subarea called http://ics.sans.org/ that is thier Internet Storm Center. Everything they say is cross-checked and well vetted. This link is for advanced users, admins, and malware and viral pros.
http://asrg.sp.am/
This is the Anti-Spam Research Group. The group's name says the topic, which is spam fighting.
http://www.authentium.com/
This is Authentium. Command AV is one of Authentium's products, and the Linux Workstation version is free. If you look at thier Virus List, you will find it numbers over 133,000 virals and malware variants. http://www.authentium.com/support/downloads/tools/index.cfm
links to Authentium's removal tools.
http://www.f-prot.com/
I recommend F-Prot AV for viral and malware killing and detecting. It is DANG good. McAfee Enterprise 8.0i is starting to do what F-Prot and Authentium products have done for years as far as detecting broadspectrum viral plus malware plus bots, plus trojans, etc. Neither of them are anti-spam except as to detecting and\or helping to prevent what can send malware-ladden or viral-ladden spam.
http://cve.mitre.org/
This is MITRE's Common Vulnerabilities Encyclopedia. It features summaries of known vulns, with links to more info.
http://www.us-cert.gov/
This is the United States Computer Emergency Rection Team main site URL. Vuln descriptions, links to more info, etc.
http://www.neohapsis.org/
Neohapsis is a vuln and security analysis and discovery documentation site. They have many vuln "first finds" documented on this site.
http://www.danielsonsystems.org/security/securityindex.html
My own embryonic area about security.
