Can Anyone Fix My Problem?

For about 3 months my computer has been horrible, I have downloaded adaware and various others. I have since removed all. Upon a scan for spyware and virus it always comes back of course many spyware and it removes it, then it says 1 virus trojanhorse. dialer8 (or something like that) my msn home page comes up generic and I cant search through msn. i have to start ie and go that way. when shutting down Ie it alway goes to about:blank for probably 5 months about:blank everthing! HELP!! PLEASE!

    download the latest Ad-aware and SpybotSD from a trusted site such as http://www.download.com,update them and do a full system scan with both of them. then get Highjackthis from the downloads section here and post a log and we can help you to get rid of your spyware/adware and trojans
