try unpluging your computer and clearing the cmos. Then plug everything back in and reboot it

Pop the battery out of the motherboard for about a minute or so after pulling the plug on the power supply. If you can't locate the clear CMOS jumper that'll always work. Make sure that you put the battery back in the way you took it out though or it won't remember the bios settings the next time you unplug the PSU.

Yeah, + sign side UP for most motherboards, is how the battery goes in. I say most because some real old ones do not have flat coin cells in flat sockets, but this motherboard should have a flat coin cell from the info given (133 is BASE for CPU or RAM BASE, probably).

The battery is the "circley thingy" and just take it out AFTER you unplug the power supply...the CMOS is a chip on the motherboard itself and will clear after the battery is pulled.

wait at least half of an hour, if u took the battery out

or try locating the cmost jumper, which is usually colored different than most jumpers on the motherboard. it should say CMOS right by the jumper on the motherboard.

after u find the cmos jumper, the jumper should be on 2 of the 3 pins, now move it from those 2 pins to the other 2 pins of the 3. and wait for couple mins and move back.

    Shinbuki,

Open up the side of your PC case. On the motherboard itself will be the identifying version of it. Those white letters and numbers should be located between the PCI slots or between the RAM and the processor. They are fairly large...larger than what a serial number would look like.

Post that info and we'll be able to tell you where the CMOS jumper is.

Clearing the CMOS is easier once you know where the CMOS jumper is. It's a matter of moving the tiny plastic cap from one set of jumpers to the next for about 30 seconds and then moving it back to where it was. Some motherboards have 3 pins which two are bridged by the plastic jumper. You'll move the jumper to connect the other two pins. For example if pin 1 and 2 are covered and pin 3 is exposed...you'll move the jumper to cover pin 2 and 3. Unplug the computer. Do that...wait 30 seconds to a minute...move it back and plug the computer back in.

Boot and then go into BIOS by hitting the DELETE key on your keyboard right after the system goes "beep" and go into BIOS to set time, date, boot order and any other pertinent info.

If you've pulled the CMOS battery then you'll wait 30 minutes or so...with the computer unplugged from the power...put it back and boot and follow my previous instructions.
