invasion of the killer popup ads...

ive tried running norton antivirus and adaware but neither one of them can delete whatever it is that is causing me to have all these popup ads....

    Boot into Safe Mode (press F8 at the BIOS screen when booting) and do the following:

    i managed to delete the winAdtools.exe but when booted in safe mode and ran HJT the windupdates.com...didn't show up but i never deleted it...
    on top of it i'm still getting popups so here's my log...here is the address that the popup directs me to if it's any help--adserver.sharewareonline.com/adserver/memturbo/adm/ado80504.htm
