WTB 1x256mb RDRAM

I need one 16-bit pc700 or pc800 256mb RDRAM stick. Willing to pay $65 including shipping. Payment via Paypal preferred. Needs to be ECC.

I was frustrated to find that most eBay prices for used chips are only about five bucks less than new prices (which is then cancelled out by shipping cost, when I can get the new chips with free shipping). So, I thought I'd check around here for a more fair deal.

I only want a single stick, unless you can offer me an irresistible deal on a pair.

I'll see if I can decifer that code and find out if they're 16-bit and ECC. $130 US would be reasonable, but money is kind of tight for me right now. What're the chances he'd split up the pair?

If I had more than two RIMM slots, that'd be great. But I'm hoping for a 256 to add to my 128 I already have. :(

You can on a Pentium 3 i820 motherboard. Right now it has one slot with 128mb pc700, and another slot with the continuity chip. Only two slots. I've tested it with a 64mb chip in the second slot before and it worked, and Dell says (yeah... it's a dell :( ) it will support 256mb chips.

He's willing to let both go for 120$ usd... but he doesnt like the idea of having to hang on to a single stick of RD =/
