Ready to smash my computer! RE: HSA

First off, thanks to all who offer up their time to help with the problems that are voiced on this forum. It's much appreciated!

I've been messing around trying to get rid of HSA for about 12 hours now and haven't had any luck. So far I've downloaded and ran the following:
1) Spybot - search & destroy
2) Adaware - SE Personal
3) HS Remove
4) CW Shredder
5) About Buster

I've tried to go through the HSA Removal Guide, but have had no luck. I guess I thought I was a bit more savy than I really am, but after 12 hours, reality has set in and I'm beggin' for help!

    Have you rebooted since you posted that log? If you have, please post a new one, and do not reboot or use Internet Explorer (use Mozilla or Firefox instead) until I say your log is okay.

    Hey -

    I've been working with Just Looking [/B]to get HSA off of my computer. We haven't been having any luck and he directed me back your way. I'm new to this forum and, quite frankly, am fairly naive when it comes to things of this nature.

    If you have a moment could you take a look at the hjt log below and let me know what you think? I'm set up with mozilla/firefox, so I won't use IE. Also, I won't reboot until I hear from you.
