New idiot with a hijack this question... please help
Can someone just take a look at my registry and tell me what to delete, I am a computer idiot and need your all knowing help. Thanks!
ps my CCleaner keeps coming up with the same file c:\windows\system32\wbem\Logs\wbemess.log is this a bad file and how do I get rid of this if so?

You do not have any spyware problems apparent on your system. The CCleaner program is probably identifying this file to you as an "unneeded file", it is just a log file for small part of the Windows OS,and most people never use it unless they are pretty advanced. You can delete the log if you ant, Windows will make you a new one when it needs to. I would just ignore this message, it's not hurting your system at all.
