Viruses and Webrebates

Hey, im new here and i was just wondering if you could please help me out with my HiJackThis log. I am having different viruses popup and different popups that i cant seem the get rid of, especially the webrebates virus. I will post my log below and any help at finding viruses or not needed files to delete will be appreciated.

    Fix those entries then find and delete the following files:
