    noman, the NF7-S board commonly give less vcore voltage than what you set in bios; mine does exactly the same. Try setting the vcore up to 1.825 or 1.85v in bios, since your temps aren't too high yet and see if it stabilizes it.

    ok i will do that but one question.
    someone said somewhere that there is some upper limit for vcore..and that if we set vcore high it reduces the life of the cpu?
    what would u consider to be safe maximum...?
    i want this cpu to be alive and well for atleast 4 :eek: years :D

    XP processors seem to be much less suseptible to higher vcore damage than a Northwood P4. As long as you keep the vcore down to 1.8-1.825v or so and your temps look good you should have good processor life, IMO.
