Select Skin File Popup

Hey all,
Everytime I open a new internet explorer window, a popup appears that says select skin file. It then asks me to choose a skin for internet explorer, but there aren't any to choose. When I click cancel it goes away, but it is just annoying. If anyone has any solutions, that'd be great. Thanks.

    Do you have any skinning program installed or did it just come out of the blue?

    I had this problem too, but figured it out by looking at the parent folders of the default "Select Skin File" directory dialog.

    Make sure all browsers are closed, then go to add/remove programs and uninstall the Viewpoint Toolbar (Browser Tool.)
