Diskeeper Pro
I ran diskeeper around 4 times and under the driver map my C drive has no fragmented files but it is still under the warning stage. 80GB 56% free) and my D drive is at the warning stage I ran it 4 times as well and this one has alot more fragmented files still. (120GB 45% free)

I do stay connected online though, that doesn't seem to affect things.

After installing your XP/2000 PC with all software and data. Run at Cmd line like FOR /L %f in (1,1,10000) do md %f
And then (not on root dir. C:\) FOR /L %f in (1,1,50000) do echo Hey > %f
This will create 10000 dir and 50000 files that you can delete. This increases the MFT size. Download Diskkeeper demo. Run MFT defrag once and you will probaby never need it again .
Bye
Here, I made a one click solution. Open it, it'll tell you when it's done. Then run Diskeeper!

But look at my D drive
now look at my Recovery Drive. I thought it would be Healthy like it always used to be when I did it. But its not!

0-Disable, 1-App launch prefetch, 2-Boot Prefetch, 3-Both ("3" is recommended).
Im not sure what prefetch is. Could someone please explain to me what will happen if I use 1 or 2
ESPECIALLY for use with XP.
