Browser Search Assistant

Please help,I have been trying to remove this search asst. by using all the steps you suggested. I ran spybot, adaware, cws shredder and anti virus. All came back ok. I will attach two HJT logs ( # 2 is in safe mode) and an active services log. Any suggestions ? Thanks very much

Please upgrade to Hijackthis version 1.98.2 and post a new log.
