hello,
i believe that i have gotten rid of everything off of my PC, but i wanted to make sure, there are a couple of suspicious looking files.

please first Run Ad Aware and Spybot S&D.
This is explained, along with several other things, in the link above titled Steps To Take Before Posting a Hijack This Log. Hint: look for the BIG RED LETTERS at the top of the page....

Also please make sure that HijackThis.exe is in its own folder, as explained here. You are running it from your desktop, which is NOT recommended.

You are also running an old version of HJT. Please click the link in my signature to go to our Security Downloads pagem and get the latest version. Install it as per the instructions in the link I just gave you.

Do those things, and then we can help you.
