34% Free Space left on C:

I've only got 34% of Free Space left on C: which is only 25.41GB of 72.84GB. I had just over 40+GB not long ago. My brother has been downloading games but surely thats not the reason, is it? He deleted or uninstalled them after burning them on CD.
I ran Disk Defragmenter and here are the results:
Volume PRESARIO (C: )
Volume Size = 72.84 GB
Cluster Size = 4 KB
Used Space = 47.43 GB
Free Space = 25.41 GB
Percent Free Space = 34%

Total Fragmentation = 0%
File Fragmentation = 0%

Total Files = 261,286
Average File Size = 260 KB
Total Fragmented Files = 1,678
Total Excess Fragments = 3,024
Average Fragments per file = 1.01

Pagefile Size = 767 MB
Total Fragements = 1
Folder Fragementation
Total Folders = 8,196

Total MFT Size = 265 MB
MFT Record Count = 270,574

Or you can go thru your folders and see how much is in each folder and find out where the space has been going.
I tried your suggestion and I went through most of the folders in 'Program Files' and there are a few things that take up a bit of space.
If I deleted those folders which take up the space of C: and then emptied the recylce bin would that get the space back or not?
I would be great if you could remember the programs that gives a pic of HDD, if not no worries.
Thanks again
Also, look in C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Local Settings\Temp and delete everything you can. Windows probably won't let you delete all of the files you find there.
Prime, Treesize pro is 1 heck of a program. It shows where the locations of wasted space are.
One question: What does the Blue Highlight indicate? Also, the orange bar indicates wasted space so would it be safe to delete them?
Thanks again everyone
