Strip poker and adware pop-ups

Hey guys this is my first post.

I having problems trying to remove this adware program. I used HiJack This to delete the entry causing the problems, only for it to return on the next scan. It's the O15 "Trusted Zone" which is causing the problem.
Can you guys help me out and look over my log to see what has to be cleaned up and how to do it.
