A Way To Install Bearshare Without All The Crap?

It seems when installing the free version of Bearshare it installs some WhenU spyware, and Weather Bug.

Does anyone know of an alternative using the same network as Bearshare?

Is there a bs++ or anything like that?

Thanks in advance.

Ugh just find something else. I tried that program once back when Napster went down and it was a POS.

I did a long time ago as well, and just recently got back into it. Its much better now. However it still installs a bunch of spyware.

I get pretty good dl speeds, and really never get a screwed up song. Ya know how kazaa and winMX are plagued with songs that are unplayable. Bearshare doesn't seem to have that problem.

    What do you use?

I bet you it does.. It runs on the Gnutella network. The very same network that limewire, shareazaa, kazaa, and morpheus run on. Different clients for the same network.
