9600 XT / .NET Framework question

After I installed my new ATI Radeon 9600 XT card I am recieving a .NET framework initialization error. The messege reads "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded." If anyone has any ideas about this error or how it can be corrected I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

    You need to install the latest version of the .NET framework from the Microsoft site :)

    The new ATI control center requires it to run. Get it -> here :)
