Weird scripting errors?

Hi all -

Thought I'd hit these forums for a bit of help :D

I've spotted that since recent updates to IE (?) I am getting a lot of scripting errors. As some of you may know I 'do' the folding-community.org forum and it was recently updated to 'plus 1.52' - in any case. It works fine in English, but not in French language, as that keels over with a scripting error on the quick reply.

On this site, I'm getting it when I am on the news page and responding to a news topic. If I choose not to debug the statement the browser behaves itself fine and the topic is posted. :wtf:

How do you go about resolving this kinda thing?

I'm also wondering if it is related to the GoogleBar I am using. This fine laptop is a company one with W2K and some restrictions on it, but this issue also happens on XP Home, again with GoogleBar, on my private lappie I bought here in the US.

For me this really sux as I'm trying to promote the folding cause in many languages, and it may happen in other languages too :bawling:

Thanks for your help :D

Do you still get the errors with googlebar not enabled?

I think you should go look, just for fun - just hit the 'More' button on the smilies and it whines there too :hitit2:

    Amazing :D

I betya it's some weird change that's happened recently.

Will try again tonight, will have to uninstall the toolbar for that one :D

Languages tried are English & French. English seems fine, French isn't.

If you like I can set you up a test account, or reg at the http://plus.folding-community.com test environment, where no posts are safe :mullet:
