Random Underlined Words On Web Pages

Every Site I go to has random underlined words that are hyperlinks. They don't actually take you to anything useful. When I right-click the hyperlink shows me that it takes me to this site: (stop signs was the word highlighted)

How do I get rid of this? I ran Spybot and AdAware and still nothing.

    It's part of the web page in question, they do it to generate revenue. You can't really get rid of it, you just...must...resist...the...urge...to....click....them!!! ;D
