popups and homepage setting problems from spyware

mad props to anyone who can help me, i cant get this stuff to go away, it keeps shooting up popups and resetting my homepage to http://win-eto.com/hp.htm?id=9 . ive tried adaware and spybot and it keeps coming back. i ran hijackthis and my log file was as follows:

    Fix those entries then find and delete the files listed above, reboot and post a new log.

    it fixed all the selected ones except it couldnt do:
    O4 - Global Startup: winlogin.exe
    because it said it was running, and i couldnt end it because it was a system thing or something. after running it again the new log looked like this:
