A buddy from work wants to set-up a T1 connection with a wireless router and provide internet access to some his neighbors cause in his area he cant get cable or dsl broandband and dial-up fails alot. He gonna get a few neihbors to chip in to help with costs and wants to shoot the wireless signal out throughout the neighbor hood. He wants something like a captive portal with a username/password so not just anyone can hop on. Is there a easy way to set up something like that?
