Virus Definition Date will not change
We have Norton AntiVirus 2003 Professional Edition. Every time we try to update, get message that all are up to date. Date stays at 11/23. Got Trojan.Vundo and it was on the threat list on 11/20. Had Premier Support help to remove and paid $69.95 for the incident. After finding out that the particular virus was on the threat list prior to our date, I'm thinking we should get a refund. Has anyone ever got a refund on a paid incident support issue? Have tried all of Symantec's fixes to no avail. Looking for a fix for this problem.
