Bestfriends.pif problem

well instead of doing the smart thing and not clicking on a suspicious link in my buddy's away message i clicked it and it said Bestfriends.pif. So i got the Trojan/spyware/whateverthehellitis and i need some help getting rid of it. I read some1 else's post and was thinking of trying to get rid of it without any advice but i decided against it so here is my logfile. Can you please tell me what to delete.

    Boot into Safe Mode
    Restart your computer and as soon as it starts booting up again continuously tap F8. A menu should come up where you will be given the option to enter Safe Mode. To get back to normal mode just restart the computer as you normally would.

    This is the only one that is definitely bad. Fix it with hijackthis.

    R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing


    Aside from that you look ok. Are you experiencing any problems?
