ads234 driving me up the wall. Please help!

I picked up the ads234 bug and have not been able to resolve it. I have run Spybot and Adaware after checking for updates. The HJT from my system is below. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks for your help. :)

I think I found the problem. I removed Microsoft Messenger from Startup. Reran Spybot, Adaware, Spy Bouncer, and HJT. I investigated each entry and decided to fix and remove:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Qbtscmt] C:\WINDOWS\system32\l?ass.exe

Since taking these steps I have not had any redirects to ads234.com.

    Well I am wrong again. ads234 is back. I have a new hjt if needed.
