hey i'm having some problems with ie, when i open it ie goes to a site that seems to be endlessly downloading *something*

ran adaware and spyware, deleted everything (mostly people on page ) ran hijack this got the log below:

jjust a quick note -i use firefox but my ie is so infected i get random popups havent used ie in 4 or 5 months.

any help would be GREATLY appreciated
