Well today whilst browsing, I experienced a spyware/virus nightmare .. despite having Ad-aware's Ad-watch running in the background and Norton AV I discovered 19 virus' and now what seems to be a mass of spyware including Home Search Assistent, MyWebSearch, Search Extender, Shopping Wizard, YourSearchBAr *arghhhhhh!*
anyway Ive been trying to remove to no avail, here is my HijackThis log ... please any help would be so greatfully received

so basically I attempted a system restore to about 24 hours previous to infection and with several soft boots and random internet browsing using IE and Firefox I have not had a re-occurence so far.
Thought this may be useful as a restore to only a day before infetion seems to have been a rapid recovery aid.
Was this an ok option to take (have never used System restore before)?
The thing that annoyed me most is that I had my laptop protected with real time Norton scanner and also Ad-aware pro's realtime Ad-watch system running. But the assault from pop ups and hijack attempts was so relentless I think it crashed Ad-watch and thus infiltrated my computer!
