vits5 requires HELP with Backdoor-bdd - Hijack log attached

vits5

I've followed your guide to rid myself of this trojan, but it keeps coming back. I've run AdAware and Spybot and HiJack, and have powered off the PC by pulling the plug. I got to Step 7 (interpreting the files that are suspect), but I'm really not sure and need someone's help. I'm on the verge of reformatting as I have spent three days on this. I'm not a guru, so I need real basic instructions. I hope you can help me. Thank you! Listed below is the Hijack log (the latest and greatest).

I've fixed the entries, but when trying to locate and delete: 4 couldn't be found, 2 were found but was unable to delete and 1 was deleted. Rebooted and the new log is listed below. Thank you.
