Video card outdated?

I have about a 1-2 year old dell. i recently installed Half Life 2, which runs fine. But everytime i start it up it pops up with a message that says my Video Driver is outdated. This doesnt affect game play but i am wonder if there is a way to update it. I have xp on my compter, i have a NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X. it gives me a link to this site http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp. But i dont know where to go or what to do. Please help!

Select. Graphic Drivers > Geforce and TnT2 > Windows XP / 2000


post the FPS you get so I can see what I will get

I've got an Nvidia T-200 TV-out W/32 megs onboard...is there any way I can flash this card?
