CashBack, NaviSearch won't go away

OK I am now in need of help from the guru's. I have searched the forums for cures to these 2 nightmares (navisearch and cashback) but no success so I am asking for your help. I have never wanted to hurt an animal before but I want to choke the crap out of that csahback dog.

    Boot into Safe Mode
    Restart your computer and as soon as it starts booting up again continuously tap F8. A menu should come up where you will be given the option to enter Safe Mode. To get back to normal mode just restart the computer as you normally would.



    Place a checkmark next to these entries, close all browsers and windows, and have HijackThis fix them by clicking Fix Checked:

    Open hijackthis and click on the config button(lower right). Then click on Misc Tools and then Delete a file on reboot. Kill these two files.

    Reboot and post a new hijackthis log.

    Download Ad-aware SE from: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html

    Install the program and launch it.

    First, in the main window, look in the bottom right corner and click on Check for updates now and download the latest reference files.



    Now boot into safe mode.
    Restart your computer and as soon as it starts booting up again continuously tap F8. A menu should come up where you will be given the option to enter Safe Mode. To get back to normal mode just restart the computer as you normally would.

    Go to Start->Run and type "Services.msc" (without quotes) then hit Ok

    Scroll down and find the service called "ZESOFT". When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens, click the Stop button, then click on properties and under the General Tab, change the Startup Type to Disabled. Now hit Apply and then Ok and close any open windows.



    Please delete these files using Windows Explorer(if present):

    Please delete these folders using Windows Explorer(if present):

    Next, we need to configure Ad-aware for a full scan.

    Click on the Gear icon (second from the left) to access the preferences/settings window

    1. In the General window make sure the following are selected:

    * Automatically save log-file
    * Automatically quarantine objects prior to removal
    * Safe Mode (always request confirmation)

    2. Click on the Scanning button on the left and select :

    * Scan Within Archives
    * Scan Active Processes
    * Scan Registry
    * Deep Scan Registry
    * Scan my IE favorites for banned URL’s
    * Scan my Hosts file
    * Under Click here to select drives + folders, choose:
    * All of your hard drives

    Click on the Advanced button on the left and select:

    * Include additional process information
    * Include additional file information
    * Include environment information

    Click the Tweak button and select:

    * Under the Scanning Engine:
    o Unload recognized processes & modules during scan
    o Include additional Ad-aware settings in logfile
    * Under the Cleaning Engine:
    o Let Windows remove files in use at next reboot

    Click on Proceed to save the settings.

    Click Start and on the next screen choose Activate in-depth Scan at the bottom of the page and then choose:

    * Use Custom Scanning Options

    Click Next and Ad-aware will scan your hard drive(s) with the options you have selected.

    Save the log file when it asks and then click Finish

    When finished, mark everything for removal and get rid of it. (Right-click the window and choose Select All from the drop down menu and click Next).

    Reboot your computer.




    Post a new hijackthis log.
