Stubborn hijacker, PC technician needs 2nd opinion (HJT log posted)

Hello! This is my first post here, but I am no novice. I am fighting a stubborn hijacker on a friend's notebook. I ran Avast! anti-virus, Ad-Aware, and Spybot S&D (removed 100+ trojans and 2000+ adwares!) I also ran CWShredder, but no CWS variants were detected. I've even gone through a HJT log using an older version of HJT, and got rid of a few more things.

Something is still on there, though. As this log file shows, I pulled out the Spybot S&D TeaTimer to stop the registry changes (an example of what it's trying to change can be seen in the 2nd R1 entry of the log file, a change I mistakenly allowed).

I'm posting here because of the information I read on this web site about OmegaSearch. I'm hoping you can tell me if one of these hijacker variants is on the notebook. I'm also hoping that, if that's not it, you can tell me what is on this notebook.

In this log file, and the previous one that I analyzed (I am posting the newest log file; please let me know if you think the earlier log file would be of any help), there were two "iexplore.exe" processes running, even though I had no IE browsers open. In this log file, there's a random-word file name as a start-up, and in the last log file, there was also a random-word file name as a start-up. The old log file entry was

I couldn't find anything about that one. I fixed it. It remains gone, but now there is a new random-word file in the start-up items, which will be seen in the following log file. This entry is

    Fix those entries then find and delete Barb cool size.exe and Ebates_MoeMoneyMaker, reboot and post a new log.
