Help!!! PLZ

This is the first time i get something this bad and i am worried that it'll get my passwords and all my information... Can someone please help me??

Hey i need some help i got this spyware and i don't know how to remove. I'll explain what it's doing first. Each time i open Internet Explorer, about:blank is my homepage but some search site called "Home Search" appears instead and some pop up written ONLY THE BEST with a windows sign on the task bar appears... Also, i go in Control Panel, add/delete programs and i found 3 things they are: Home SearchAssitent, Search Extender and Shopping Wizard. I click it then i click delete and it gives me an error, it says unable to open http://looking-for.cc/uninstall/SearchExtender.html http://looking-for.cc/uninstall/Hom...hAssistant.html http://looking-for.cc/uninstall/ShoppingWizard.html depending on which i try to uninstall. so i go on that website and at the bottom of the page it is written click to to download the uninstallation program, i download it and then i try to open it but it doesnt work. When i go on google.com and i search for something, this other window popups with the search results and at the bottom of that page, the adress looks like http://rb37.com and searchxp.com i believe...

Then, i run hijackthis and i try to delete O15 - Trusted Files: *.frame.crazywinners.com and *.static.topconverting.com but each time i redo hijackthis, they are back there! i ran spybot, ad-aware, cwshredder, and all and it just doesnt seem to fix it.

This is my Hijackthis log file, i run with windows 98

Please do not post Spyware Problems in the Emergency Help Forum. This thread will be moved to the SVT forum.

    http://www.short-media.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=57

The Emergency forum is clearly stated to be intended for non-bootable or cases of extreme PC problems. Spyware does not usually fall into that category. If you can run it to get an HJT log, it's bootable.

Look for this thread in the SVT forum.

    ???

I'm not exactly sure what you mean here, but if you're referring to Credit Card numbers you will not need one. If anything is asking for one right now absolutely do NOT give it to them. The guide Dexter suggested will help you get rid of your Spyware problem, and is free.

Doesn't matter. There may be some steps you will not need (for instance, there is no System Restore to worry about with Win98), but the general principles are the same.

Make sure you run your spyware and trojan removers in safe mode. It sounds like you have been hi jacked. these infections cannot be removed, in most cases with windows running. Just keep hitting F8 after your bios screen and get into safe mode then run your programs to get rid of the Beast...Last time I had this problem, spybot said it could not remove it with windows running, would you like to try in safe mode, I said yes, and spybot did the job. I learned my lesson well. Now I am very carefull where I go on the internet......
