i assume you are using xp or xp pro? turn off your system restore, and boot pc in safe mode. run good spyware removal application on pc. some spyware/trojans/viruses, deny access to the files it creates and won't let you delete or quarantine them unless in safe mode, before it can exectue. once you run it, look to see what entries it makes. denote any reg key, .exe or .dll it makes. you need to remove all the reg keys, .exe, and especially the .dll that creates it. the .dll is responsible for recreating the unsafe files once removed. as always, please be careful when you remove any .dll's or reg keys. i always export my registry before doing any work on it, and saving it to disk, incase i need to restore. spybot search and destroy is a good app,
