cant remove trusted zone

i try to fix the trusted zone in hjt but they just comming back...
anyone can help me ?

    Download(right click and select Save file as or Save link as): DelDomains.inf
    http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/DelDomains.inf

    To use: Close all open browsers
    Right-click DelDomains.inf and select: Install

    Then rescan with HijackThis and see if that entry returns.

    Note: this will remove all entries in the Trusted Zone and Restricted Zone.
