If I were going to benchmark repeatedly to test minor changes to a system (Only graphics related), which benchmarks would be best to run?
3dMark03/05
Aquamark?
...or any other suggestions?

First two. Possibly SiSoft Sandra video benching tests also.
I'd do it this way:
Change
3DMark
AquaMark
Sandra Video benching
If not done, GOTO Change.
END.
Variant could be:
Change
3dMark
Aquamark
(every third to fourth change only, with writting down or saving of results from most recent test, Sandra Video Benching)
GOTO Change until done.
