iexplorer.exe using 100 percent of the CPU
I'm working on a laptop for a friend and he had a lot of spy ware and such on there, so I went through Ad-aware, Spybot, and Hijack this. I also ran some virus scans and it seems there are ~13 Trojans floating around that won't go away.
iexplorer.exe (there are several instances of it) will use 100 percent of the CPU. I understand that this is a virus but I'm not sure how to get rid of it. The virus programs (AVG, Norton, and PC-Cillin) don't seem to remove it. But I will try again later tonight. I was wanting to know if there was a Manuel way to remove this sucker. Thanks in advance!
