Must post before time's up!

Well I'm typing this in Notepad. I've reformated my drives (I did a repair install first), but I still get an error. Meaning it might be hardware related? Anyway I get this error message as soon as I go online (via 56k modem). It takes anywhere from right away to a few minutes for it to pop up, but it does eventually.

What the hell is this? I can't do anything because in one minute it restarts my system. Lately I haven't even -used- my 'puter or installed anything (just DLed a few mp3s from Kaaza).

The modem is a SupraExpress 56i Voice. Nothing has been installed yet.

Suggestions?

Hopefully I can post this before the error appears.

TIA.

I am e-mailing the pic to my mom to have her ask my brother if he had been seeing that. She said the computer was restarting for no reason (only when they used Earthlink dialup)

Down here, Earthlink is riddled with both Blaster and Bugbear. They do NOT virus scan email, end users need anti-virus things on that service.
