Just wondering what everyone else thinks of MS's antispyware that should be in beta shortly. I'm really looking forward to it personally (well giant antispyware which they bought last week).

I'd love to see it and an antivirus come with the default install but the anti-trust crap will probably stop that :/.

http://www.giantcompany.com/ for anyone interested, from what I've seen looking around a lot of people believe it's superior to adaware & spybot S&D.

Are those people comparing it to the FREE versions of AAn and Spybot? If so, I don't think it is a fair comparisonl since AA and Spybot have better features in their paid version. Plus Giant is basically only a paid version with a free trial period, so after the trial runs out you have to pay to use it.

When I tested Giant it kept falsely reporting a legit file as being a trojan, so I am not overly impressed with it.
