ads234 - please help me get this soul sucking program off of my computer

Can someone please help me remove ads234. Also can someone tell me who wrote this program and where I can find them so that I can slap them in the mouth. I got my hijack this log from this site: http://www.spychecker.com/download/download_hijackthis.html
Is that ok? Where should I go?

Some of the stuff you told me to fix came back. I found ex.htm, by accident, and deleted it. You told me to delete "C.dll" is that short for something? I ran a search on my computer and it turned up CIC.DLL and a bunch of other .dll files but no C.dll.
