Tuner PCI card?

Is there such a thing? I mean, just a tuner? I've seen them on TV tuner cards, but that's pretty expensive. For how much TV I watch, I don't think it would make sense.

So has anyone seen one? Preferably one with a remote (but not necessary)?

you can find a tv/fm tuner for ~$30 ..granted, I have no idea how well it works.
