A unique problem not my own. :x
I've a close freind who's experiencing a problem on her pc inwhich whenever she deletes something on her pc to get more space on her hard drive, she ends up with even less space than when she began.
She and I both think it has to be a virus of some kind.
The only other problem is she can't access the Short-Media website, so I have to help her by post some of her computer symptoms...
Since she can't access this website, I was wondering if there was anyway she could still fix her problems without haveing to download the HJT program or Spybot/Ad-Aware programs?
This is a problem she's been haveing for oer a few months now, an thinking it was getting better, turns out to be worse than before.
She says she needs to reformat her pc, but I'm not to sure that may cure her problem completly..
Anyway, if someone here knows what her problem is or has a suggestion to help fix this problem, it'll be very much appreciated.
Again, whenever she tries to delete something on her pc, she has even less space left in her hard drive. something like this has frustrated her so much she rather not deal with it..

if that doesn't work, you can send her this link, which will allow her to download hijackthis.

then just copy the text file it generates to your computer, and you can post it for her.
