I'm having a problem with the hijackthis.exe program

I'm using the hijackthis.exe program because I'm using it to get rid of the HomeSearchAssistant thing and when I scan using the program there's an error when it gets to scanning the 023's and then it closes down before it finishes :bawling: . I need it to work so I can remove the bad program so a could use you and the staff's advice. Please post ASAP
