Best DDR2 for the buck

I have an Intel P4 3400 cpu and an Intel model D915PBLL motherboard. The MB requires DDR2 400 or 533 ram. I don't play computer games. I use the cpu to do: Folding, the WWW, MS Office and Photoshop. I prefer running a gig of ram (as it relaunches apps faster) any thoughts on which RAM DDR 400 or DDR 533 would be the best ram for the money? I realize that the biggest test of the RAM will be folding and photo editing. I've also read that cheap ram doesn't alway like to fold as hard as better RAM???
Thanks for your thoughts,
Volvo

Are you looking to add more ram to a system with some already in it? If so, what speed is in it already?

Rev. 2 OCZ PC2-4200 Platinum LE

The best there is. Period. Overclocking, gaming, and otherwise.

I agree. Read a review of it at Anandtech today and it has the lowest latencies than any other stick out there. The timings really help with DDR2 as well so it makes a big difference.

    Thanks for your reply shwaip,
I have yet to recieve the motherboard and cpu from Intel. I'm not sure which of the 2 RAM choices to purchase. DDR2 400 or DDR2 533 what would the difference be for a user that doesn't play games?
    Thanks,
